University of California site connects faculty, staff and retirees to Kaiser Permanente health care. Users can learn about the Kaiser Permanente connected care difference that offers members convenience, person-centered care, online accessibility, tips and tools for wellness, and more. University of California faculty, staff and retirees also have convenient access to review their health benefits offered by their employer or if they are not yet a member, they can conveniently begin enrollment online.As far as site usage, one of the more interesting stats is that the average time a user spends on the site is 5 1/2 minutes and the bounce rate is less than 16% (30% is average for a site.) These two stats not only show that the site is providing the information they are looking for but also the staff, faculty and retirees of University of California are engaged in the information they are consuming.
