The National Clearinghouse on Families & Youth website aims to help youth workers stay abreast of evidence-based and promising practices and thereby improve the lives of young people and their families. The site is a free information service of the Family and Youth Services Bureau. It includes daily news, resources, and articles on effective practices in youth work in the section called The Beat. The site also features live chat support, a popular funding opportunities section, NCFY's "Guide to Starting and Managing a Youth Program" publications for youth workers, and podcast interviews with young people and experts in the field.
