Description: |
Late in October of 2010, in the Opinionator section of its website, The New York Times began a series called Disunion. The series, which was designed to mark the sesquicentennial of the Civil War, began just before what would have been the 150th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln, and it covers, as in a blog, the nearly day-by-day events that resulted in secession and war.
